Fun is the key!

I do this work because I love it.

For over 30 years, my passion has been helping people transform their lives. It’s a true joy to witness the changes that unfold—watching clients release stress, gain clarity, and step into more effective, fulfilling lives. This work also continues to transform me, deepening my own spiritual growth and refining my healing techniques year after year.

As an intuitive consultant, psychic, and healer, my role is to help you identify and clear what’s blocking your movement forward—and to give you practical, energetic tools to navigate life with more ease.

Psychic readings and healing sessions offer a safe, enlightening, and often fun way to explore your own energy. Whether you’re seeking insight, healing, or direction, we’ll look into the energetic roots of your challenges and bring them into balance. I offer several types of readings and services that focus on different areas of life, from clarity and relationships to physical and emotional healing.

If healing is what you need, know that real relief—both subtle and profound—is possible.

Over the years, I’ve created many fun and engaging classes that teach you how to use a variety of psychic methods and tools. In each class, you’ll learn to apply your psychic abilities for your own amusement, amazement, and well-being—and discover how to use them to help others, too.

Having more tools is like having more toys to play with in life. The more options you have, the more freedom and joy you experience. And really, isn’t that what it’s all about—expanding our awareness and increasing our fun while we’re here?

Some of my story…

I believe everyone is psychic.

We all receive knowledge in our own ways and use it—often without realizing it—in our daily lives.

But… did you shut off your psychic abilities when you were a child?

Here’s a bit of my story.

As a child, I saw beauty everywhere and loved pointing it out to others. My favorite phrase was, “See that?”—but I was often told to be quiet. When I felt other people’s emotions and spoke about them, adults would insist it wasn’t true. Like many sensitive children, I turned off my natural psychic abilities to fit in.

Years later, while attending college, I saw a poster for an astrology class and felt an instant spark. It was pre-computer days, so we calculated charts by hand—yes, logarithms and all! I discovered that not only could I do the math with ease, but I also had a natural gift for interpreting the charts. That rare combination of logic and intuition became a lifelong strength.

After earning my Business Administration degree from Chico State in 1975, I worked in community safety and emergency services, including projects with the Office of Traffic Safety and the Butte County Health Department. (If you remember Vince and Larry, the Crash Test Dummies—I worked with them too!)

During that time, my interest in the intuitive world never faded. I began taking classes to develop my psychic abilities and learned to read tarot. At a friend’s encouragement, I opened Age of Aquarius more than 30 years ago—and I’ve been helping people ever since.

For further training, I traveled to England’s Arthur Findlay College, studying mediumship through the Spiritualists’ National Union, learning to communicate with those who’ve passed—both people and pets. Over the years, I’ve also explored dowsing, animal communication, Reiki, essential oils, and many forms of energy healing.

What I love most about this work is that no two people—or sessions—are the same. I draw from many psychic modalities to help each client find relief, clarity, and closure. I also love teaching others to expand their own abilities through classes, workshops, and my One-Year Psychic Development Program.

A few years ago, I had a profound experience of psychic precognition. I sensed that someone would drown while tubing on the Sacramento River but didn’t know what to do with that information. Later, a friend of the boy’s family reached out for help. Using map dowsing, I was able to locate where his body had become trapped in the river’s roots. Though heartbreaking, this experience deepened my trust in my abilities and my understanding of how they can serve others in moments of need.

I feel truly fortunate—I love what I do. My husband likes to talk about retirement, but for me, this isn’t a job; it’s a calling. Every day I get to do what I love—helping others grow, heal, and rediscover their own light.

What do I do in my spare time?

Community Involvement: Soroptimist International of Chico

As a proud member of Soroptimist International of Chico, I’ve dedicated much of my life to improving the lives of women and children in our community, across the country, and around the world. Since 1979, I’ve been an active member—serving as Club President in 1982 and later as Regional District VI Director in 1998.

One of my most rewarding contributions has been helping to envision and create the club’s annual fundraiser, the Chico Home, Garden & Leisure Show. What began as a small event in a single building has grown into a beloved community tradition that now fills the entire fairgrounds. I’ve proudly served on this project for more than 30 years, helping it evolve and flourish.

The event itself was born in 1984 when my dear friend Billie Sommerfeld, then pursuing her master’s degree at California State University, Chico, designed it as a class project. Her vision was to create a community event and fundraiser that would directly support Soroptimist International of Chico’s mission. Billie invited me to help bring it to life—and I happily said yes! Together, we made it a reality.

In its early years, I also played a key role in partnering with Soroptimist International of Paradise, introducing an Antique Show component that became a great success for many years. Then, in 2014, we expanded again by adding a Pet Pavilion, a heartfelt addition for animal lovers.

I’m grateful to share this space with two of my dear friends, Cara Gubbins and Nancy Zuschin—fellow “pet whisperers.” Each of us brings our own unique approach to working with people and their animal companions, but we share a deep love for helping humans and pets connect, heal, and thrive.
