Fun is the key!
I do this work because I love it. For over 30 years my passion has been to help people transform their lives. It is a joy to see the benefits in the lives of my clients — seeing their lives become less stressful and more effective. I also see benefits in my own life, as I continue to grow spiritually and refine my techniques.
As an intuitive consultant, psychic, and healer, my job is to see what’s blocking your movement through the current issues in your life and to give you the tools to deal with the issues.
Psychic readings or healing sessions are good ways to experience and explore your psychic energy in a fun and informative way. Healing and answers to any issue or dilemma that is blocking your energy can be looked into and resolved. I offer several different types of readings and services which focus on various subjects. If healing is what you need, you can find relief for minor and major conditions and disorders.
Through the years I’ve developed many fun classes that teach you how to use psychic methods and tools. When you take a class, you’ll learn how to use your psychic abilities and tools for your own amusement, amazement, and well-being, as well as how to help others.
Having more tools is like having more toys to play with in your life. Knowing you have more options makes life more fun. And isn’t that what it is all about, increasing our fun while we’re here?

Some of my story…
I believe everyone is psychic. We all have ways we receive knowledge and use it in our daily lives.
BUT … did you shut off your psychic abilities when you were a child?
Here is some of my story.
As a child, I saw the beauty around me and shared it with others. My favorite saying was “see that?” and I was often asked to be quiet. When I felt other people’s emotions, and I spoke to adults about it, they said they did not have that experience and what I had noticed was not true. I turned off my natural psychic abilities as a child. Most people have some level of psychic abilities, and, for one reason or another, it is not unusual for children to turn them off at an early age.
Bounce forward with me. I am in college, and I see a poster on a wall advertising an astrology class. I was so excited and could not wait to take it! I had always been interested in astrology but had no access to books or any other information on astrology or any other psychic topics. I took the class pre-computers; we did all the math, including logarithms, to make the chart by hand, using simple calculators. Fortunately, I have strong math ability and was very good at calculating astrological charts. It also turned out I was very good at the interpretation of the charts. It is unusual to have both skill sets.
At the same time, I was going to Chico State to receive a degree in Business Administration which I did in 1975. After graduation, I worked for the Butte County Health Department on an Office of Traffic Safety Study teaching seatbelts and safety seats for children. (Remember Vince and Larry the Crash Test Dummies? I worked with them too.) Next, I did an Office of Traffic Safety study for Butte, Glenn, and Colusa Counties about EMTs, paramedics, and Emergency Services, and the providers of those services. I then worked for an ambulance company in Glenn and Colusa County as a dispatcher and medical biller.
During those years, I took classes to increase my psychic abilities and learned to do tarot readings. At a friend’s suggestion, I opened my own business, Age of Aquarius, over 30 years ago.
For further training, I went to England and received training in mediumship – communicating with people and pets who are no longer in physical bodies, through the Spiritualists’ National Union church at Arthur Findlay College.
I love accessing my psychic abilities in different ways.
I have taken classes in dowsing, using pendulums, L-rods, and other tools to find items and energy hidden from us, animal communication, essential oils, and many healing modalities, including Reiki.
I enjoy working with my clients because I do not provide cookie-cutter results, knowing that everyone is entirely different. I am happy that I can access many other psychic modalities to help each person find relief and closure. I love doing readings, healings, and teaching classes to those who wish to increase their abilities, too.
I am fortunate – I love what I do!
Seven years ago, my husband said, “when we retire.” I looked around and wondered whom he was talking to. My husband retired at 62 and loved it, continuing to work as an antique dealer, which he did throughout his regular career. I have no plans to retire because every day, I get to do exactly what I love doing!
A few years ago, I had the psychic experience of knowing that someone would drown while tubing on the Sacramento River. I did not know what to do with that psychic information. I chose not to call the sheriff’s office because I could not logically see anything that could be done. I had thought of flying a banner over the river saying someone was going to die that day. However, I realized that back in my youth, when I tubbed in Butte Creek Canyon, a banner would not have deterred me from tubing that day.
It turned out my precognition of the event was helpful as a friend of the boy’s family was looking for the boy in Chico with the rest of the search party. He called me and made an appointment to use my psychic abilities to find the young man. Using a topographical map, I was able to dowse to see what had happened to him, and I could see that his body was stuck in the roots of trees and bushes in the river. I suggested using the Search and Rescue cadaver dogs, but his body had become untangled from the roots and was found by people fishing in the river before Search and Rescue was used.
I used my analytical mind to decide not to place a banner over the river or call the sheriff’s office. I used my psychic abilities to help a grieving father who had also lost his son to drowning and was helping his friend who was looking for his son by using map dowsing to get more information about what happened at the event.
What do I do in my spare time?
As a member of Soroptimist International of Chico I work to improve the lives of women and children in our community, our country, and around the world.
Since 1979 I have been extremely active with this organization on a weekly basis, serving as the club president in 1982 and as the orgnizations’ Regional District VI Director in 1998. I also helped envision and create the club’s annual fundraiser, the Chico Home, Garden and Leisure Show.
The Soroptimist Home, Garden and Leisure Show is one area that I have been committed to for over 30 years.
In 1984 my friend Billie Sommerfeld was studying for her master’s degree from California State University Chico. She decided to create a community event and fund-raiser, called the Home and Garden Show for a class project. It was specifically designed for Soroptimist International of Chico to use the proceeds going back into the community. Billie asked me, because we were both Soroptimist members, if I would help her make the project become a reality and I said yes!
Can you believe we started out in just one building and now we fill the entire fairground?
Billie and I were in charge of the event during its startup years. I was instrumental in having Soroptimist International of Paradise join us and promote the antique show and that was extremely successful for many years.
In 2014, we added a pet pavilion to our venue. I and my two dear friends, Cara Gubbins and Nancy Zuschin, are pet whisperers; we each have our own businesses working directly with our clients offering many different services. In common, we all love animals, love working with people and their pet issues, especially at the Home and Garden Show.
